You should receive a verification email from OMMA/Complia within the next 24 hours.

There is a green button in that email that says "Verify". Click “verify”. You will be redirected to a webpage where you should see a message that says, "Verification Successful". There will also be a prompt to login; however, please do not login and DO NOT RESET YOUR PASSWORD. If you reset your password, we will not be able to upload your documents to OMMA and track your application resulting in your medical card being delayed.
